I started my career working for regional picture agencies, who provide coverage for National and International newspapers and magazines.
After a few years in Manchester and then York, I moved back to Essex and started working for The Daily Telegraph. You can see some examples of my editorial work by clicking through the links on the left.
I moved on from taking pictures to picture editing while at the Telegraph, and have just left The Indpendent, after just under two years as Deputy Picture Editor.
I love taking pictures, and as Your Day In Pictures, I get to do what I love best - creating images that people love.
